Engineer, Producer

Tim Flanzbaum Kilroy Records
Audio Engineering Society Kilroy Records

Tim Flanzbaum has been recording music since 2005 when his first band invested in a home studio set up to record their own material. Being inspired by the process, Tim attended SAE Institute of Technology in NYC and graduated 2nd in his class. After SAE, he interned for David Bendeth & Dan Korneff at House of Loud Studios, where he was later hired onto staff. After leaving House of Loud, Tim has gone on to work in many studios as a freelance engineer and mixer. Some of the studios he's worked in include Pyramid Studios, 440 Sound Studios, FrankenSound Studios, Lakehouse Music Studios, among many others.

Coming from a rock background, his favorite genre, Tim specializes in drum sounds and vocal coaching. He is equally as comfortable on sessions for other genres including hip-hop, gospel, pop and punk.

When Tim isn't in the studio, he is working in his home studio, writing and mixing songs, working on his podcast, and editing video.

      Tim is an AES Fellow.
